成真人者，不知其名，亦不知所自。開元末，有中使自嶺外迴，謁金天廟神，奠祝畢，戲問巫曰：“大王在否？”對曰：“不在。”中使訝其所荅，詰之，曰：“關外迎成真人耳。”中使遽使人於關候之，有一道士，弊衣負囊而來。問之，姓成，因延於傳舍，以驛騎載歸，館於私第。密以其事奏之，明皇大異，召入內殿，詔問道術及所修之事，皆拱默不對。復懇乞歸山。許之，挈襄而去。所司掃灑其居，見壁上題句，刮洗愈明，以事上聞，上默然良久。其後祿山起燕，明皇幸蜀，皆如其讖。
