徐浩，字季海，越州人。少舉明經，工草隸，以張說薦，爲麗正殿校理。三遷右拾遺，張守珪表佐幽州幕，改監察御史，歷憲部郎中。肅宗即位，拜中書舍人。時天下事殷，詔令俱出其手，文詞贍給。加尚書右丞，除國子祭酒，尋貶盧州長史。代宗徵還，仍拜中書舍人，遷工部侍郎、嶺南節度觀察使，又爲吏部侍郎、集賢殿學士。爲李栖筠所彈，貶明州別駕，終彭王傅，卒贈太子少師。世稱其書法如怒猊抉石，渴驥奔泉。詩二首。
