陰陽氣本變，始得俱相聚。
就中最妙者，須得中央土。
泥鑪不假法，運火心須苦。
一日兩卦候，進退依節度。
細窮日月盈，莫遣失風雨。
十月還丹成，身除貧病苦。
滄海與桑田，變時君治覩。
誰人得吾道，不得輕取與。
容易泄天機，謫罰殃七祖。
