《新唐書》卷七十二下《宰相世系表》鄭州崔氏房有崔恂，杭州刺史清河男。
其從叔崔元綜，相武后朝，則恂當是中宗、玄宗時人。
又此詩刻後有魏州司功參軍劉義□《詶崔長史》詩一首，惜已漫漶不可得辨矣。
〖2〗俞同奎文謂此詩見趙縣安濟橋下所得石刻，同時另出一石，與詩石大小相同，後味殘文尚可辨認，錄如次：「□元八年九月□□□□□□李」於時□□□□□崔恂「任深州□史□□□還此橋過喜其壯麗命」舊詩云□志並七年春俞文考定「□元八年」應爲「經營元八年」，所出詩石爲崔恂開元七年在趙州時作，次年由深州重經此橋，序而刻石。
